Please, check if your mobile device is compatible with eSIM.
You can dial *#06# and if your device is eSIM-compatible, you'll be able to see the EID code on the screen.
The mobile device should be unlocked version too.

Balance top-up & purchase
You can top-up the balance through Mobile app, Internet Banks and Paybox terminals. Regional and Local eSIM packages are available on the mobile app's "packages" page.

Install eSIM with QR code
Upon purchasing your first internet package, you will receive a QR code that will appear on the My eSIM page in the app, which you must scan with your phone's camera to install.
If you purchase the same country or region package a second time, you will not need to scan again. For installation, your mobile must be connected to Wi-Fi or your SIM card's internet. Otherwise eSIM wont be installed.

Turn on eSIM
After scanning the QR code, you need to go to Settings - Mobile Services, then turn the Lagi eSIM ON and turn on Data Roaming. After that, you need to switch Mobile Data to the Lagi eSIM.

Mobile Data - means the internet, where you need to select a Lagi eSIM for the phone to start using Lagi's internet.
Default Voice Line - Indicates incoming calls. Here you must always select your SIM card to receive incoming calls.
