Step 1: Check eSIM support
Please, check if your mobile device has support for eSIM.
You can dial *#06# and if EID code is presented it means your device supports eSIM. The mobile device should be unlocked version too.

Step 2: Balance top-up & purchase
On our mobile app click the globe icon.
Choose the mobile data plan (Europe, Asia, America...) and click the purchase button
Step 3: QR code scan
At the first purchase, you will receive QR code, which should be installed eSIM. You dont need to scan QR code again at the next purchase of the mobile data of the same region/country
eSIM installation process requires a connection with Wi-Fi or your SIM card's mobile data. Otherwise, eSIM cannot be installed.
After purchasing the Internet package, a QR code will appear on the Internet page on mobile app, which you need to scan with the mobile camera and follow the instructions.
